Athletes and individuals in roles where pressure, scrutiny, and consequence are part of daily reality.​​ Mentorship is designed to build or maintain areas such as mental performance, decision-making, behavioural adaptability, leadership attributes and character development or maintenance. 

My approach is fused with psychology theory, drawing mainly on CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Developmental, fused with mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, as well as coaching and mentoring frameworks

To achieve meaningful cognitive shifts, individuals must develop psychological intelligence: the capacity to understand internal responses, manage attention, regulate behaviour, and adapt thinking in real time.​

Having worked with professional athletes in the UK and internally since 2021, I know that the pressure doesn't stop; it changes slightly, often with safeguarding or accountability not being a priority given the access that comes with being a professional athlete. Together, we create the space for you to unpick, process and respond to your experiences and wider contexts.

Mentorship Standards

Having started mentoring at 15 as a peer mentor, I have 2.5 decades of experience in both coaching and mentoring. Continuous development is the cornerstone of my practice. My learning comes from various courses, masterclasses, coaching/mentoring networks and theoretical evidence to support high standards of delivery. 

  • Qualifications in Level 7 Diploma, Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, DipHE Psychology and Level 3 Counselling Skills

  • Certifications in performance coaching, trauma-informed coaching, CBT, Mindfulness, Neuroscience and much more

  • Membership with the Association for Coaching and the Association for Business Mentors (ABM)

I do not make promises to change your performance, as that comes from you. My work will open your mindset to shift thinking outside your ideology and practice, but working with me will mean:

HUMAN PERFORMANCE LAB

Groups or Teams Mentorship Programme

A 12-month psychologically informed group mentorship programme designed to strengthen culture, improve performance, and develop mentally agile, emotionally intelligent teams or groups. This approach creates space for honest dialogue, reflective challenge, and out-of-the-box thinking. It is grounded in neuroscience, trauma-informed practice, systems awareness, and ethical leadership. The focus is not just on performance, but on how people perform together under pressure.
